Jon joined Hill Gilstrap, P.C. after graduating from Texas A&M School of Law, where he received a full tuition scholarship and was an active competitor on advocacy teams. His team took 1st Place in Mediation at the FINRA Securities Dispute Resolution Competition in New York City. Jon’s successes in Mock Trial and Dispute Resolution culminated into his being inducted into the National Order of Barristers.
Jon held various internship positions during law school, among those were highly sought positions with the Department of Labor Office of the Solicitor in Dallas, as well as a prestigious clerkship with The Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Judicial District Court in Dallas.
Jon enjoys spending time with his family, attending college sporting events, playing golf & tennis, and running/biking along the Trinity River Trail in Fort Worth.
